What does a ‘day in the life’ look like at iterate?

This changes from person to person and day to day, but typically, you will start your day with a team scrum, maybe grab a coffee with a colleague, work on several clients, have a few virtual meetings, brainstorm some ideas with staff across various Klyp Group agencies, finish with some emails, then head home before the sun sets!

What does career progression look like at iterate?

We have transparent career roles and progression that makes it easy for you to see where you are going and how to get there. Monthly one-on-ones, annual reviews, and KPIs and goals set with your input will all be part of your journey.
